We ship same day, Monday thru Friday up to 1pm CST. All orders received before 1pm will ship out same day. Please choose your shipping option during checkout, we cannot change shipping methods after checkout.

If your order is delayed or lost after shipping, we will do everything we can to locate your package & get it moving again. If there is any problems with the item after you receiving it, please let us know & we will get it fixed for you! You can contact us thru either method listed on our contact page
Returns
We do accept most returns & provide pre paid labels for anything that is our fault. We are happy to ship out replacements for you if available. We do ask that returns are requested within 15 day, but we do make exceptions for electronics, gifts, ect. Please contact us thru either method listed on our contact page.
